Fifteen years ago I started and owned my own business retrofitting police cars for over 100 different police agencies throughout Northern California. During that five years I learned how to negotiate contract terms and perfected it to the fullest of my ability. My shop performed work on many different cars each month. Due to budget crisis with each city and county my company was unable to collect payments for invoices due in a timely manner each month and we were forced to shut down. But I took with me the negotiating experience and skills necessary to conduct business as a successful Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer. I started as a loan officer in 2001 and worked for Wells Fargo in the builder division. I worked with new home buyers on obtaining financing for their new homes through the builders. In 2004 I decided to get my Real Estate License and work as a Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer. I am going on my tenth year in the Real Estate industry and still loving every minute of it. I work with buyers and sellers everyday and still do loans for past and present clients.
